the staff was really kind. they helped me with my luggage from the taxi right away. simon was there, and his english was good. he got all my bags onto a hotel cart fast.
the rooms felt a bit old. there was no coffee machine. i expected one for the price i paid, though.

The shopping and dining options at the hotel were pretty good. Plenty of variety.
i was pretty annoyed there wasn't a coffee machine in the room (especially considering the price). i asked about it at reception, and they acted like it was an outlandish request. the rooms also felt a bit dated, needing updates, like a bedside control for all the lights and curtains. it was inconvenient to walk around the large room to manage everything.

The hotel stored our luggage early. We were attending a wedding. rooms became ready at 1 p.m. after the tea ceremony concluded. the rooms are spacious, including a separate living space. a lovely view complemented the room.
I paid a considerable amount per night. There was no coffee machine available in the rooms. the reception suggested visiting starbucks instead. it felt unusual, since many hotels offer this amenity. lights and curtains lack bedside controls. i had to get up to manage them. This felt inconvenient.
